SeaSnow Arts Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms:1) I reserve the right to refuse service at any time during the commission process. A partial or full refund may be granted depending on the phase of the art piece. No refunds are issued after you approve the colors.2) Two edits are allowed in the sketch phase, one edit is allowed in the lineart phase, and one edit in the color phase of the artwork.3) The finished piece and/or the work in progress stages may be used in promoting my art on my personal social media platforms. The owner of the character(s) portrayed will be credited.4) I request that you credit me (the artist) when sharing the finished art piece.5) Do not use my art for commercial purposes without prior approval from me.6) Do not resell the art for more than you paid for it.7) Do not use my art in AI generators.8) Do not use my art as an NFT.9) Do not edit the art yourself. You can ask me to edit the art for you, and I can refuse.
